During an intensive 1-day training, you’ll learn the science behind high intensity cardio and bodyweight training, as well as how to combine moves and patterns with perfectly synced music, and all about the program’s unique progression system used to increase intensity. The training will also touch on topics such as physiology, bio-mechanics, movement fundamentals, and injury prevention.
